Italian Rosemary Bread

Italian Rosemary Bread
for Your Bread Machine

The smell of this as it bakes is incredible


1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast


1. Place all ingredients in the pan of the bread machine. The order as listed should be fine unless your machine instructions recommend otherwise. Use the Basic or white bread cycle for this recipe. I like to drizzle just a small amount of oil on the bread after it goes through it's last rise and before it begins to bake and sprinkle poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top, but this is absolutely not necessary !

Try to leave it alone long enough to let it cool before slicing.
Never happen with this one.
